Distance has a way of making love understandable

I don't know if I'll ever change. At times, I wish I wasn't
so awkward
anxiety stricken
easily pissed off by ignorance
hesitant
impatient
forgetful

I wish I:
was more confident,
vocal
persistent
reliable
followed through with what I say I want/plan to do

These next three weeks are going to be busy busy. But I must be confident. So many changes are occurring so soon. . a lot of my friends will be leaving, which certainly saddens me. Nik, for example, is leaving for Germany, which is fucking sweet, but goddamn, will I miss her. My other friend, Eric, will be leaving to go to school at Memphis, whom I haven't really spent time with for awhile, although I've always considered him to be a close friend.

Life doesn't end because the people you love are leaving, but certainly makes life more difficult. But, we learn to adjust.

Change is inevitable, but is not always easy.
